[Comprehensive report of this newspaper] As food trucks are gradually emerging around the world, Down The Track, a non-profit organization in New South Wales, Australia, purchased a fully equipped commercial food truck in 2020, aiming to help young people in remote communities Learn life skills. After the project was launched, it was very successful, and neighboring towns and villages were interested in it.

The agency is located in the central and western parts of Nova Scotia and mainly provides youth services. The agency's CEO, Larn Masterson, said in an interview that she was inspired by the idea of a town with no food service and a population of less than 1,400 people, as well as an opportunity for children to learn how to cook. She pointed out that as the weather has turned colder in recent months, jam scones, curries and lasagna are all very popular, and stressed that they focus on fresh ingredients and use vegetables grown by themselves.

In the first year of the project, about 45 young people have worked in the car, and the agency is planning to have permanent staff in the future, and all funds raised will be reinvested in youth services.
