Nyingchi City, Tibet Choose Peach Blossom Fairy To Expand Tourism

The Tourism Development Bureau of Linzhi City, Tibet, China announced on Sunday that the 20th Peach Blossom Tourism and Culture Festival will open this year, and a "Peach Blossom Fairy" selection competition will be held to promote local tourism culture.

The selection competition of Peach Blossom Fairy has been held for 6 times so far. The purpose of the event is to enhance the influence of Linzhi Peach Blossom tourism brand through the selection of tourism image ambassadors. The event will select 30 contestants on the online platform, and 3 of them will be awarded the title of Linzhi Tourism Image Ambassador and Peach Blossom Fairy.

According to the data, Nyingchi City is known as the "Snow Region of the South of the Yangtze River". Every March and April, it starts from Bomi County, Nyingchi in the east, passes through Bayi District, Milin County, and reaches Gongbu Jiangda County, Lang County, fields, and riversides in the west. Next to the cottage, thousands of years old peaches are blooming, and thousands of mountains and valleys are blooming into the sea, attracting tourists to visit.
